FAQ
CSS believes that charging a client a base fee or monthly fee does not always provide the client with the most value for service. Often clients are charged a monthly fee for audits with an additional fee for training sessions or consultations and are limited to a prearranged number of service requests per month.

We believe that a client should only pay for services they need and we recognize that a clients needs change and are not always predictable. Additionally, we believe a client should not be required to sign a contract to receive quality service. CSS outlines our services and clearly establishes and communicates both parties' expectations. There is no long term commitment required.
