About Us Complete Safety Services was started in 1997. We quickly learned that safety although important to everyone is difficult for many small contractors because of budget limitations. Not everyone can afford a full-time safety professional. As important as safety is, it is very difficult if not impossible to measure safety in terms of productivity and cost savings. Because every business owner and manager is concerned with measuring the value of any service they receive we met with local contractors and business owners and asked what they value most from their safety department or consultant. The overwhelming response was getting the most "bang for the buck." CSS believes that charging a client a base fee or monthly fee does not provide the client with the most value for service. Often clients are charged a monthly fee for audits with an additional fee for training sessions or consultations and are limited to a prearranged number of service requests per month. We believe that a client should only pay for services they need and we recognize that a clients needs change and are not always predictable. We also believe a client should not be required to sign a contract to receive quality service. CSS outlines our services and clearly establishes and communicates both parties' expectations.
